Company Info
Gault Race Management is owned and operated by John and Anne Gault, of Flushing, Michigan. They provide ChampionChip® and other computerized timing services for over 120 events annually, including running, cross-country, walking, cycling, mountain biking, cross country skiing, duathlons and triathlons.
Gault Race Management and their team of qualified timers use the most advanced technology available to time events of all sizes, from 250 to 15,000 participants. While the majority of GRM timed events are located in Michigan and the Midwest, they time and assist at events throughout the nation. GRM has timed such prestigious events as the Crim Festival of Races, City of Pittsburgh Marathon, Detroit Free Press International Marathon, St. Louis Marathon, Akron Marathon, Chicago Half Marathon, the Louisville Triple Crown of Running Series, World's Best 10K (San Juan, PR) and both the NCAA Division I and Division II National Cross Country Championships. In addition, the Gault's direct and time 17 events each year for the Flint Riverbend Striders running club, including three events on Mackinac Island, Michigan.
Experience and customer service are the cornerstone of Gault Race Management. The Gault's were among the first timers in this country to own the ChampionChip® timing system and have scored more than 1,000 ChampionChip® events since they purchased their first system in the Fall of 1997. Both John and Anne Gault have extensive background and experience in race management. John, president of the Flint Riverbend Striders for over 30 years and past president of the Michigan association of USA Track & Field, has been involved in the sport of running for over forty five years. Anne has been an integral part of race organization and scoring for over twenty five years and was the Executive Director of the Crim Festival of Races in Flint Michigan for four years (1996-1999). The Gault's have also recruited qualified and experienced timers to join the Gault Race Management team, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
